Privacy, Homelessness, Citizens' Rights and Betrayals of Trust
I've been trying to catch up with my daily must-reads (much more exciting than anything I could post, but which have unfortunately turned more into alternate-day or weekend-reads) and came across a number of important posts at Suz's blog.

Please read the following (I've listed them in chronologic order) and join me in being by turns frightened, angry and infuriated, especially at the plights of the citizens of New Orleans, a homeless woman in Los Angeles, and Lance Dutson, whose blog, Maine Web Report, details an incredible series of events he has undergone for having dared to ask salient questions of local Maine government officials, a NY ad agency, and others.

Katrina, NOLA - and Media Burnout (see also Hurricane Jill's repost of an article from the Times Picayune and her words in the comments section of this link regarding the state of healthcare in NOLA)

Talk about your typical Texas inbred bastards. That's all we'd need is another one. Unfortunately if Hillary runs he'll have a good shot at the job.

Oh - Iposted a snapshot of what I saw when I wnet to your site on V Agent. Whe I first "tune in" I get the picture, then it resolves to what we'd see normally. Pure crazy!!

Sorry, PK. If it's not one thing, it's another 5 at the day job

Technically, the shrub is not from Texas, but he sure does fit the stereotype, doesn't he?

I doubt Hillary will get anywhere with a presidential bid.

I saw the snapshot. That happens to me, too, on the MAC at work. No idea why it stretches out like that, then snaps back to normal. Are you using a MAC?

As far as the bushmaster, if it walks like a duck, sounds like a duck it's a duck. If he isn't a Texan he wears the uniform well.

I lived in NM for a while; right on the Texas border and those squinty evil eyes, lack of forehead, and weak chin fit the Texan profiles.

If you are from Texas I apologize in advance - I mean the whole state couldn't fit on the short bus could it?

    ROTFLMAO!!

Nope, not from Texas, him or me. He's from the Northeast *shudder* but either grew up in Texas or lived most of his life there, so it's no big surprise he fits the stereotypes. Gah.
