No joy in mudville tonight. Either the stories I sent really suck, or it isn't what they are looking for. I queried Amy as to what I was doing wrong (I would like some constructive criticism so I can try to fix whatever is broken), But I know she is busy so I do not know if she'll be able to take the time. I thought this last one was pretty good, even had my daughter the English major go over it and do an edit.

    Try, try again, I guess!!

T, have you been swallowed up by the vortex?

Nonsense, PK; your stories do not suck. And, honestly, I think they must have been inundated with submissions, so it's unlikely that everything could have made it into the first issue... which is why they'll be considered for other issues. :-)

Keep trying, PK; you write well, but regardless of whether Unbound Press publishes your efforts or not, I and many others enjoy them very much. :-D

Fuffster, my deepest apologies. The vortex has not only sucked me up, but also some of my comments at your and PK's blogs. I saw them posted. They were there. I came back online this morning... and some of them are gone. What I can't figure out is why some remained while others disappeared. Very very frustrating. >:-O
