2 Opportunities for Aspiring Novelists
Read this, A novel idea, then click on the links below to see the particulars of possibly getting your writing in print.

Book Reviews Required by Unbound Press

Attention Aspiring Novelists

Basically, for the first opportunity, send a 500-word maximum review of your favorite book, titled 'Review of My Favourite Book' to the creators of Writers' Blog via e-mail. See below for easy instructions.

The second chance to see your name in print is to send in a sample Chapter One of your novel. If Charlie and company like what they read, they'll publish one chapter per issue of their soon-to-be-published literary magazine/journal, Unbound Press.

Note: See how well you can follow directions. Your sample chapter should be within the body of your e-mail (no attachments). The e-mail is: highland.dreams@ntlworld.com.

Good luck!

Addendum 4/23

Unbound Press - A Progress Report

Addendum 4/24

Straight from Charlie: 'For the proposed June issue of Unbound Press, the deadline for submissions is 1st May.

'BUT, all submissions, before and after this date, will also be considered for future issues so, in the words of The Bard; "Get on with it!"'

Addendum 4/25

Sorry, I should have made it more clear. I'm not a member of Writers' Blog and Unbound Press. Nicki, Amy and Charlie are. I'm just getting the word out because there are a lot of marvellous writers in blogland whose writing should be shared. :-D

    Hey, PK,

Somehow this post slipped by me! I didn't get a notification or anything!

I sent you an 'e', but the Writers' Blog are soliciting everything from short stories to book reviews to poems to the first chapters of novels.

You've got the talent, now go write more!

    Hi Tea,

I have been a good girl and submitted. Poetry no less. Blacker than the blackest coffee. Hope you are doing well.
