One More Day, Then Back to the Grind
I can't believe it's Sunday...and even though there's an extra day of rest before the work week begins again, I can't help but feel that tension build up. Stress? What's that?

So, what have I been doing today to offset the the headache that's waiting to build? I'm gathering laundry (long overdue) so I can get it done tomorrow, and I did my biweekly buying spree from LI, Changeling, and EC. I've also got some HTML books waiting for me at Amazon. Ha!

Yeah, yeah, I know. All the money I saved in my clothes shopping went to the books. Well, I rationalize it this way: if I had paid full price for the clothes, I would have spent even more money on top of the books. Well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it! lol.

So, can anyone point me the way about how I can add all those nifty icons people have in their e-mails and posts and things? You know, the smiley faces, the flowers, the bouncing monkeys. All that fun stuff. If I looked really hard, I'm sure I could find the way, but you telling me would be quicker. :-)

Went to Border's Bookstore yesterday and amazingly came away empty handed. For me, that's just way too shocking. Not even a card. Or bookmark. Or iced tea. But, yes, miracle of miracles, no books! It used to be that I couldn't pass a bookstore without popping in...for hours. And leaving much poorer in the wallet but richer in the head. Not to mention all the psychiatrist bills I can avoid. lol.

Almost as shocking is that I did not succumb to the lure of my favorite rubber stamps site. They're having a HUGE sale! I was so good that I didn't even check out one sale! Not one! *pats self on back* lol.

Hey, I've got to praise myself or I'll fall off the wagon and get way too many of these lovely things that I don't even have time to play with. Sniff. :'-(

Grrr.
