| A Heartfelt Plea |
Dear Blogger,
Can it be your popularity has gone to your collective databanks?
That the influx of new users has created an indifference to us, your loyal clients? We who have laboured mightily over our posts, explored the realms of vast creativity and imagination in blogland and encouraged all and sundry to worship you, O Blogger?
Have you decided to emulate the corporate world, whose policy is to not promote customer service but to actively obstruct client interests, tired as you are, no doubt, of handling objections over lost posts, blog disappearances and aborted masterpieces?
I implore you, Blogger Powers That Be, to have mercy on those of us whose lives are inextricably intertwined in the vast network you've created, that has, in one swell foop, brought together these many, varied and disparate souls and bonded them in laughter, sorrow and joy.
Verily yours,
T&B, etc. |

Not sure what you're driving at, but I do think this blogging stuff is addicitive, and I really enjoy hearing what everyone is up to. Man is a social animal and I think the blogger community helps alliviate some of the loneliness.

Yeah, verily, wot tea said

Have you been losing posts?
-
Hey, T&B, are you OK?
Blogger does have its difficult moments, for sure!
Hang in there!

PK: Blogging is beyond addictive; it's a disease, a cancerous state that eats at you day after day after day. But I wouldn't know too much about that...
The post was borne of 2 things: 1/ a very frustrating day of not being able to load blogs or enduring long waits to load them, and not being able to post comments or losing those that I did post; and not; and 2/ one of Seb's posts bemoaning much the same thing.
I cheated and stole his idea, merely tweaking the contents somewhat. ;-)
Mummified, I think you've become as verbose as Fuff! lol. :-D
Sarah: Not posts per se, but comment posts, yes. Grrr.
Suz: Hey, there! I was beaucoup sick but doing much better, thanks! And, yes, Blogger certainly can give a person a complex... or, in my case, add to my many complexes, lol.
